Sovrin Plastics Micromoulding manufacturing cell is the innovative answer to the growing demands from the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications and Electronics Industries for micro-precision components in thermoplastics. Our Micro-moulding manufacturing cell is designed specifically for producing the smallest components, typically with component weights below 0.25 gms and down into single figures of milligrams. Sovrin's research and experience in micro-engineering led us to define a bespoke micro-mouldings manufacturing cell, with injection moulding, robotic handling, product documentation, quality assurance and aligned packaging, all in cleanroom (E100) conditions.
